Ranked by RICE score

    How RICE works

RICE scores each idea as reach times impact times confidence, divided by effort. Reach is how many people it affects in a period, impact is how much it moves the goal per person (Massive 3, High 2, Medium 1, Low 0.5, Minimal 0.25), confidence is how sure you are in percent, and effort is the work in person-months. A higher score means more expected return per unit of work.

The scores are rough estimates, not measurements. Their real value is that every idea passes the same filter, including the executive's, so the conversation shifts from who wants it to how it scores. The same logic applied to tests is in experiment prioritization, and building a roadmap that survives reality is in the growth roadmap guide and owning the number.
